The Chinese government has officially extended the Chinese New Year holiday in light of the recent Corona virus outbreak. The government in Shanghai announced the Lunar New Year will be extended until February 9. This is an effort to keep the public at home and avoid spreading the infection faster through travel. We can expect most businesses to remain closed during this period.
